Knowledge Elicitation and Planning Workshops
These intensive multi-day sessions prove very popular with participants and managers alike. They are an excellent vehicle for getting participants to interact who would not normally do so and to understand the dependencies that exist between them. These dependencies are otherwise often missed, leading to unnecessary rework, risk and other implications.
These workshops are the best way to embed Plexus into an organization for an initial deployment since it generates momentum and delivers on the job training to participants even as they do real-work. Consequently the deployment overhead is more than offset by the short-term benefits of better founded networks for project planning or other purposes depending on the Applications.
Plexus personnel and equipment are provided to meet the client's immediate requirements (in terms of size, complexity of the project and number of participants) and to develop his capacity to run his own subsequent facilitated workshops.
